Help your members win public contracts
We work with trade associations, chambers, Growth Hubs and advisers whose members bid for council, housing association and care contracts. You give your members a code for a discount on our fixed prices. We pay you 10% of each referred client's first invoice, once they have paid.
How it works
- We set you up. You get your own link and one or more member codes. A code can be a percentage (up to 50%) or a fixed amount off, for the services you choose, with an end date if you want one.
- You share them with members. In a newsletter, on your members' page, or when a member asks for help with a tender.
- Members use them. The link or code is recorded with their price and carried through payment, so we know who introduced them.
- We pay you. 10% of each referred client's first invoice, after the client has paid and the order hasn't been refunded.
What members get
- The free Bid Matcher: every live tender in England and Wales checked against their website.
- A Health Check of a bid they have written, by hand or with AI, scored against the buyer's marking scheme.
- A full Response Draft written from their own evidence, or monthly bids with Bid Desk.
- Fixed prices shown before they pay. We write for one firm per lot of any tender, never advise on pricing and never submit bids for them.
Our part
We tell every referred client, in writing and before they pay, that we pay a fee to the partner who introduced them. We keep each client's documents and bids private: partners see only that a referral became a client and the value of its first invoice. We never make win guarantees, and nothing we say about your members' chances goes beyond what published award data shows.
Questions
Who can be a partner?
Trade associations, membership bodies, chambers of commerce, Growth Hubs, and accountants or advisers who work with housing repair contractors and care providers.
Do my members or clients pay more?
No. They pay our normal fixed price, or less with a member code. We never add the referral fee to their price.
Can a member code be combined with other offers?
No. One discount applies to each order: the member code, our founding price or our returning-client price, whichever is lowest for the client.
Will you tell clients about the fee?
Yes. We tell every referred client in writing that we pay the partner who introduced them a fee, before they pay.
Do you share client information with partners?
Only what is needed to work out the fee: that a referred firm became a client and the amount of its first invoice. Never its bids, documents or tenders.
