Bid Desk: a bid team for a fixed monthly price
Matching tenders found every week, a bid or no-bid view on each, and 1, 2 or 3 full Response Drafts a month, with every answer saved to your own library.
Who it's for
- You want to bid regularly but don't have a bid team.
- You'd rather pay a fixed monthly price than a day rate or a retainer.
- You want your answers reused and improved from bid to bid.
What you get
- Tenders matched to your trades and area every week, each with a bid or no-bid view.
- 1, 2 or 3 full Response Drafts a month, each up to the standard band, or two shorter ones in place of one.
- One unused bid carries over to the next month (up to 1).
- Tender Breakdowns included while your Bid Desk runs.
- Your own answer library, updated with every answer you approve.
Illustration
This week: 3 tenders matched. Bid: responsive repairs, two-year contract, quality 60%. No bid: a framework asking for a turnover above yours. Your call: a planned works tender where your case studies are thin.
What we need from you
- Your trades and area.
- Your evidence once: policies, certificates, case studies and figures. We reuse it and ask only for what's new.
Our guarantee
- A 3-month minimum, then either side can end it with 30 days' written notice (terms 4.2).
- If we miss an agreed delivery date for reasons within our control, you can cancel that work for a full refund (terms 8.3).
- No one can honestly promise a win: buyers mark price as well as quality (terms 7).

Who checks it
We're appointing experienced UK bid writers; every bid we write or check is reviewed before it reaches you, and nothing is delivered until a reviewer is in place. See how a bid is checked.
One firm per lot
We write for one firm per lot of any tender, so we never work for your competitor on the same contract (terms 3.1). We never say who else is interested in a tender.
Questions
What if a tender is bigger than my monthly allowance?
A bigger tender pays the difference between the bands, agreed before we start.
Do you hold every tender you match me to?
No. We hold the lots we're actively writing for you that month, so no competitor can use us on them (terms 3.3).
Can I stop after a few months?
Yes, after the 3-month minimum, with 30 days' notice.
