Our guarantee
- Money back if it isn't useful: tell us within 14 days of delivery and we refund the fee in full. One guarantee claim per client (terms 8.2).
- If you then book a Response Draft or Bid Desk for the same tender within 30 days, we take the Health Check fee off the price (terms 4.3).
- No one can honestly promise a win: buyers mark price as well as quality (terms 7).

Who checks it
We're appointing experienced UK bid writers; every bid we write or check is reviewed before it reaches you, and nothing is delivered until a reviewer is in place. See how a bid is checked.
One firm per lot
We write for one firm per lot of any tender, so we never work for your competitor on the same contract (terms 3.1). We never say who else is interested in a tender.
Questions
Can you check a bid I wrote with ChatGPT?
Yes. We mark it the same way as any draft: against the buyer's questions, scale and instructions. AI drafts often read well but miss parts of the question or make claims with no evidence, and the report points those out.
Is the score a promise of what the buyer will give?
No. It's our estimate against the published marking scheme. Buyers' evaluators decide the real score.
Do you rewrite my answers?
No, a Health Check tells you what to change. If you'd like us to write the whole response, that's a Response Draft, and the Health Check fee comes off it if you book within the credit window.
Will you check my pricing?
No. We never write or advise on pricing. That stays with you.
