Tender Breakdown+ is automated and isn't exclusive: it's built only from the public tender pack and published award notices, so other bidders can buy one for the same tender. Our writing services are one firm per lot. Not listed? Paste its link above, or leave it and upload the pack after paying.
After paying, you upload the answers you submitted and the buyer's assessment summary (with the winning bid's scores if you have them). A person checks every Debrief Review before it reaches you. Order bid writing within 30 days and we take the £295 off.
We don't advise on challenging an award. If you're thinking about a challenge, speak to a procurement solicitor straight away: the standstill period is short.
No minimum term. Cancel any time in your client area and you won't be charged again. We set your trades and areas from your website; you can change them in your client area.
One bid is one Response Draft of up to 5,000 scored words, or two of up to 2,500. A bigger tender uses one bid and you pay the difference between the prices. Up to one unused bid carries over to the next month only. Change the number of bids from your next monthly payment in your client area. 3-month minimum, then 30 days' notice.
£995 founding price (normally £1,495) for tenders up to 5,000 scored words. Short tenders of up to 2,500 are £795 (drop the pack below to get it); bigger ones are £1,995, £2,595, £3,795 (up to 20,000). Rush delivery adds 20%.
£195 founding price (normally £395) for bids up to 10,000 scored words, £595 up to 20,000.
We're appointing experienced UK bid writers; every bid we write or check is reviewed before it reaches you, and nothing is delivered until a reviewer is in place.

The invitation to tender and the question documents are enough, or the whole pack: PDF, Word, Excel or the zip from the buyer's portal, up to 50 files. We use it here to count the scored words and check the pass/fail requirements. If you don't go ahead, we delete it after 7 days; if you do, it becomes your tender pack, so you won't upload it again.
Without the pack, we quote the first price above. We check the tender's word limits when you upload it. If it's bigger, we tell you the difference before we start, and you can cancel for a full refund.
We find your company from your website and Companies House. Once you confirm it, we run quick checks with Companies House and the government's debarment list (and the CQC register for care tenders), so you don't pay for a bid a buyer couldn't accept.
One discount per order: if your founding or returning-client price is lower, we use that instead.
