Your first bid at cost, in return for a case study.
We're new, and we want to show real results. Up to 5 limited companies can have their first Response Draft at what it costs us to deliver. In return, once the buyer has decided, we may publish a short anonymised case study of the bid.
What "at cost" means
You pay what the bid costs us: the fee we pay the reviewer who checks it, plus £25 towards the AI and card fees. We make little or nothing on it. The usual price is £995 founding price for our first 10 clients (standard price £1,495) for up to 5,000 scored words.

The size is read from the tender pack before you pay, as for any Response Draft. Rush delivery, if you need it, is at the usual price. It's for one bid and doesn't combine with other discounts.
The case study
- Made only from the facts of your bid: the kind of buyer, the contract's size as a band, how many questions we answered, and the result you tell us.
- It says you had the bid at cost in return for it.
- It never names your company unless you choose, and never names the buyer or the tender.
- No quotes, no ratings and no claims about winning. A won or a lost bid can both make a useful case study.
We're appointing experienced UK bid writers; every bid we write or check is reviewed before it reaches you, and nothing is delivered until a reviewer is in place.
Who can have it
An active limited company or LLP that hasn't ordered from us before. One place for each company. Your code works for 60 days; if it isn't used, the place goes back.
