Council care tenders, frameworks and DPS applications
Care we work with: Home careDomiciliary careSupported livingExtra careReablement
Bidding to councils, the NHS or a care framework. Small providers welcome.
We write or check your bid against the buyer's marking scheme, using only your evidence. A UK bid writer will review every one before you see it.
A full bid from £795. A check of your own draft from £245. No VAT is added.
Where we help
Which of these sounds like you?
"The council framework or DPS application is huge"
A Framework Application answers every scored question, lot by lot, from your evidence. A framework or dynamic purchasing system (DPS) is the council's list of approved providers; get on it and the council gives out work to the providers on it.
from £995
"What CQC evidence should we put in?"
We write from your CQC registration and inspection report, your policies and your own figures. Before you pay, we look up your registration on the CQC register. We never invent ratings, outcomes or case studies: a gap is marked for you to fill.
from £795
"How do we score well on safeguarding?"
We answer safeguarding questions to the marking scheme from your own policies, training records and real, anonymised examples. Nobody you support should be named or identifiable in the files you send us.
£245 (founding, then £395)
"What can a care provider promise on social value?"
A Social Value Answer sets out commitments you can actually deliver, sized to the contract, with a plan for the first year. Add it to a bid we write.
£245 per tender
"We miss care tenders, or hear about them too late"
The free Bid Matcher checks your website against live home care and supported living tenders. Bid Radar emails new ones each week, with the care contracts and frameworks ending soon.

"We wrote it ourselves. Is it good enough to send?"
A Health Check scores the bid you've written on the buyer's own scale and lists the 10 fixes worth the most marks.

Questions
Can you guarantee we'll win the contract?
No one honestly can. Care tenders are mostly marked on quality, but other providers bid too and buyers mark price as well. We make sure every answer is written to the marking scheme from your evidence.
Will you write our hourly rates or price schedule?
No. We never write or advise on pricing, including hourly rates. That stays with you.
Do you write for a competitor on the same tender?
No. We write for one provider per lot, and we never share one client's material with another.
What about the personal data in our documents?
Send only what the tender needs: staff CVs are fine, but people you support should not be identifiable. Your documents are used only for your work, and never to train AI. See how we handle your data.
